H T Brigham Showcases Augmented Reality Video at Made in the Midlands Event

Birmingham presswork manufacturer, H T Brigham, had a very
successful exhibition at this year’s Made in the Midlands event. Enjoying a prominent
position at an impressive new venue, H T Brigham embraced the opportunity to showcase
a new kind of promotional video, featuring augmented really, which delivers a
snapshot of the company’s offering in a short film of less than a minute and a
half in length. Visitors were encouraged to use their mobile devices to scan a QR code, which was printed on some promotional literature, which then loaded the video directly onto their smart device.


The video, which was produced in collaboration with Birmingham
Films and Essay Photography, incorporates first class video footage with high
quality still images, to create a punchy and professional piece of media, which
demonstrates the pressworker’s unique capabilities.

Paul Tanner, Technical Sales Manager, said, “The video has been designed to take the
viewer through the process of manufacture from press to pallet. It demonstrates
our ability to supply complex, high volume metal pressings to the global
market. We were extremely keen to embrace new promotional techniques like this
and are enormously impressed with the end result”.
